Hi guys,
First let me say thanks for all the posts and help, it acually runs!!!
This is a race car application. 2.4 block, stage two cams, ported head, stainless steal valves, heavy valve springs, Mopar PCM, 52 mil throtal body.
My question is with all these mods with mild upgrades, which injector should I use when achieving my 58 lbs fuel psi I have now and still have the EV-6 plug. I would also like the 4 hole spray nozle not the single hole.
I presently have in there injectors from a 1999 4.0 Jeep that does work but still maybe a little lean. I will be mostly running between 4000 rpm up to 7600 rpm during a race if that changes your decision. WFT alot! ( open loop)
Again , I think with my height lift cam, ported head and straight tube headers this motor is really putting some air threw it that may need more fuel.
Anyways, if you could be specific with injector part number to buy from ebay or even junk yard vehicals to take from and year of vehical please.
I'm finding the newer junk vehicals has different impedance on fuel injectors than this PCM uses so probley older cars.
Again, thanks for all your help, see ya at the checkers flag!

Ken

There is no magic pill.

Install a wide band and recorder and make the needed adjustments.

You can start by taking the part # of the injectors you are using and look them up to see what you are running.
