LMAO - pretty much, unless you have your stock cat and add another resonator in-line - it can be loud otherwise... Heard cars with the swap and it's kinda raw unless you add some stuff.

Sounds even worse in person, he left it on for like a half hour.

Speaking from experience? :) But seriously, it sounds horrible. Don't expect to get that SRT-4 sound without an SRT-4 drivetrain.

Search the board, there are plenty of better exhaust setups than the SRT4 one...

Ok, so we got Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Anyone from Manitoba or BC want to chime in, and then the Newfie's if there's time :D Oh and those pesky territories too.

You could remove your muffler and find out for free.

That sounds alot like my friends Straight Piped Neon with two cans out the back.

Only his isn't resonated at all, so its got more Honda in it.

it sounds loud and mean but well tuned. I think the one I heard had two resonators in line and i think no cat. For my taste, its too loud. but its very intimidatingly loud

My friend's just sounds like a piece of *a#S!d^f*... As does all his friend's cars.

Good intentions minus good taste equals annoying *a#S!d^f*!

My brothers 2.4 had 2.5" Header back with a Apexi N1, and no cat. It wasn't loud unless in high RPM or WOT. It didn't sound like a *a#S!d^f* off weed eater either. But my 96 SOHC with no muffler was louder than hell and sounded like an extremely *a#S!d^f* off weed eater on steroids.
