Re: #18

Noticed that #18 was leaking a fair amount of oil onto the exhaust manifold during driving. I figured it was probably a new valve cover gasket and went about trying to replace it. Come to find out someone before me stripped out most of the valve cover bolt holes.

Re: Project "Without A Hitch"

Last local event of the year. I didn't feel like swapping on the Hoosiers, so I threw on the Toyo R1r tires that came on #18 and ran in STS. I ran 1st heat with temps in the low 30s. Ended up winning the class by 2.13 seconds. Finished the heat in 4th overall PAX. Unfortunately Mr. Sun shined his fa...

Re: #18

So the car was originally black or am I misunderstanding? You are correct. The '95 ACR Coupe Challenge cars started out all black, then went to the '96 yellow livery, then the R/T schemes in '97 to promote the impending release of the R/T line. If you notice in the last photo, one can see the trunk...

Attended a local autocross this past Saturday. Didn't end well. The surface was freshly resealed and nobody could put power down. Does anyone know who ACRucrazy is? Does anyone have a lead on how to contact him?

How were the tail lights "covered" on the '98 season R/T livery challenge cars?
