To tell what color your 1G Neon is, look at the white sticker on the front driver's side door jamb. It will state the paint code (ex. pr4 for flame red).

[Damnit Laverty Edit1: 2 January 08: Mike V brought up the paint code for the grey rub strips on early cars.
PD8/HD8 Dark Quartz Gray Metallic is the correct color of the "rub" accent strip on the front and rear fascia's of a 95-96 Dodge/Plymouth Neon's if I am not mistaken. HA8 Dark Quartz Metallic was also used for striping on 95-96 Dodge's and Plymouths.
