Odd issue

Had a strange issue with my '04 SE this afternoon. I had stopped at my apartment to grab somethin,g then when I re started my car and left, my radio, 12 v power outlet,turn signals and wipers all stopped working, air bag light was also on. When I got where I was going, I shut the car off, then when I left to come home, all the affected accessories were working normally, and air bag light was off. Any idea what caused this??

That is very odd, but if I had to guess, I would suspect a grounding issue.

There is a ground for the dash accessories, that is supposed to be located in the vicinity of / behind the radio (you would have to remove the radio to view this.)
My guess is that it may be getting a bit loose; or have a bit of corrosion that needs to be cleaned off - Which is creating an 'intermittent' ground failure.

It happened while the aftermarket CD player was installed, I found a factory radio to put in, problem has never returned
