Ugh, I hate 96 stuff. So bastardized. I'm half debating switching to all 97+ wiring if it wasn't a major PITA. Trying to keep this at least somewhat user-friendly for the next owner.

I broke out the Dymo and played around with it a bit. Hoping to have the motor together this week so I can get it in the car and start going over how I want to lay out everything in the bay.

On the upside, for 160k miles, this engine bay is nearly spotless. 100% cleaner than my ACR with less than half that..

Getting old and somehow still playing with these

Steve Butabi: Oh my God, Doug. This is the most amazing place I've ever been.
Richard Grieco: Guys, guys. This is the coat room. The club's in here.

Performance has it's own look. everything except the polished valve cover was done for performance gain first, ITB's, LSX coils, AFCO rad, heat wrap, an lines, etc all just look bitchin. I kept the original computer case, but a MS2 extra with sequential ran it all and was wired into the case. My build log has it all.
Back before it got totaled in a crash.

That head lives on in my Neon! Except I had AllMotorMike weld the oil return port so I could use it with my SRT4 engine. Also installed DCR beehive valve springs, Indy OS SS valves, and did a 3 angle valve job.
Big Turbo SRT swapped NYG.

Very Cool! What did you do with the crane SOHC springs?
