Finally got me an SRT4!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by 7angofragger » Fri Jun 05, 2009 7:10 am

I will get more pictures probably tomorrow... I got it for $7350 with 68612 miles on it... As far as i know, mods are the Tein coilovers, power slot front rotors, and some ghetto ram air intake... I'm getting two MIL codes, one being an overboost condition, and another being the TIP sensor... the car came with a new one, i got gotta put it in... its pulling 12 to 14psi... but when i let off the gas the rpm's don't drop as fast as they need to... But, finally, i got one of my dream cars....

The 95... But the big difference, is at like 3K WOT in my base its like 5 psi, then from 3K to 3.7K its goes form 5 to 18 and you feel it hit... hard... but an srt is my dream car... its possible i may be selling all my induction piping, exhaust manifold, and intercooler off my base, put the t3 garret on the srt4, and do a all motor build on the base... but who knows :) i gotta make sure the srt is fine before i start spending money... i have no idea how this car was treated before i got it... it was almost a whole quart low on oil >:( i sure hope it don't have any leaks....

He said TIP Sensor, not TPS.

Is that the redline atf?

I think the most recommended is Royal Purple Syncromax or Amsoil equivalent.
