After two years of sitting, finally decided to tear apart the old Neon.

Didn't have enough time to pull the block, but when we touched the 4th Cyl the piston fell straight down.

The plan is to pull off all the horrid body kit and wing (hey, it was my first car... still no excuse) swap a DOHC, do a mild bottom end build, fully build the top end, and pick up a N2MB launch control and wot box. Strip everything out of the car, down to the dash. Those cars weigh nothing!
You Know You Drive An Srt 4 when you cant decide whether or not to call it a 'effin neon' or an 'SRT-4'. Depending on the last time it broke down.

You know ive never messed with a 95 block, what are the 2 exits on the block for in that last pic?

I cant wrap my mind around what the hell it is.

Yeah, I'll post new pictures monday. I plan on pulling the rest of the motor sunday. but i will say, i ran it for two years at 21lbs, and it sat for nearly three, but when i pulled off the valve cover, it was spotless, and shiny as heck.
